The Legacy Foundation Resource Guide consists of vital information regarding available community resources provided in the communities served. It is required that recipients of Legacy Foundation funds assist in the distribution of the Resource Guide information.

If your organization’s services are listed in the Resource Guide, any informational updates shall be provided to the Legacy Foundation to assure the communities served have accurate information. Resource Guide Flyers are available from the Foundation at no cost to organizations.

It is strongly recommended that your organization hyperlink the Legacy Foundation’s Resource Guide and  QR Codes, used to download the Resource Guide App to your organization’s website and/or social media site(s). The Legacy Foundation will provide hyperlink and/or QR Codes that can be used to access the Resource Guide.

The Legacy Foundation hereby grants your organization permission to include the Legacy Foundation’s hyperlink and/or QR Codes to the Resource Guide on your website or social media site(s), provided that the hyperlink and/or QR Codes are clearly labeled as a link to the Legacy Foundation Resource Guide and does not imply any endorsement or affiliation beyond the link itself.
