Legacy Foundation Gifts to Cochise College

On Monday, June 15, 2015, The Legacy Foundation of Southeast Arizona donated the former facilities of Sierra Vista Regional Health Center to Cochise College for a new downtown location. The former hospital building served the community for a half-century, and it will now serve the community in a different way.

While the new addition to Cochise College will include nursing education programs and culinary arts programs, the facility will also provide resources for other community organizations such as the Disabled American Veterans, Volunteer Interfaith Caregiver Program and Southeastern Arizona Workforce Connection.
